You have got to try this incredibly delicious, super easy meal from my friend Katie who brought this dish to me right after I had Caroline. I loved the dish so much that I got the recipe and I have only just now made it last night. I can’t believe I waited that long…it will definitely be a regular meal cooked around these parts. I wish I had taken a picture for you, but I guess you’ll just have to try it for yourself…don’t wait as long as I did!
1 jar of whole cranberry sauce
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard (I didn’t have any so I didn’t use it this time)
1/2 c. French Dressing
6 Chicken breasts
Lay chicken in greased pan, pour mixture over. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Server over rice.
Rice is a must because all the cranberry goodness soaks in…mmmmmm. There are left overs in my fridge, can’t wait!
